A top price for Barnett Freedman
When the work On The Cliffs At Dover by Barnett Freedman was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2006, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - GBP 800.00 but the actual price achieved was more than three times as high at GBP 2,640.00 (€ 3,920.48). This high result makes On The Cliffs At Dover the most expensive artwork by Barnett Freedman that we have observed at auctions so far.

Als die Arbeit On The Cliffs At Dover von Barnett Freedman im November 2006 bei Christies in London versteigert wurde, übertraf das Ergebnis die Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches.
