In the Tableaux Orientalistes et Art Moderne Arabe et Iranien auction, the work Image of imagination 4 sold for EUR 2,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by Bahman Jalali have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Image on Imagination in October 2007 with an auction result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 13,823.61).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Bahman Jalali erzielte im November 2010 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Tableaux Orientalistes et Art Moderne Arabe et Iranien wurde die Arbeit Image of imagination 4 für EUR 2.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bahman Jalali auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Image on Imagination im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 13.823,61).
