Auction result well in line with expectations
In April this year Bonhams held the auction Discovery Prints Sale Online, which included the work A Night Walk - A Pink Moon Emerged by Aya Takano. The price achieved of GBP 357.00 (€ 406.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aya Takano achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sweetness In The Dark (Painted In 2009) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 420,000.00 (€ 428,902.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Discovery Prints Sale Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Night Walk - A Pink Moon Emerged von Aya Takano zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 357,00 (€ 406,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aya Takano erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sweetness In The Dark (Painted In 2009) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 420.000,00 (€ 428.902,17).
