Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2014 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work My Garden by Awiki. The price achieved of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 6,502.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Awiki have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2015 the work Still Life was auctioned for HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,557.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2014 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit My Garden von Awiki zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 68.750,00 (€ 6.502,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Awiki konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2015 die Arbeit Still Life für HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.557,07) versteigert.
