Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Unknown by Augustin Amant Constant Fidèle Edouart was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2006. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 400.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 456.00 (€ 677.17). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Augustin Amant Constant Fidèle Edouart achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Album Of Silhouettes Of ‘Irish Characters' in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 40,992.72).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Unknown von Augustin Amant Constant Fidèle Edouart kam im November 2006 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 400,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 456,00 (€ 677,17) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Augustin Amant Constant Fidèle Edouart erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit An Album Of Silhouettes Of ‘Irish Characters' im Juli 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 40.992,72).
