Auction result well in line with expectations
In April this year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction NO REGRETS: 20th/21st Century Art Online Sale, which included the work #family mart #kyoto by Atsushi Kaga. It changed hands for a price of HKD 214,200.00 (€ 218,740.11) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 120,000.00 – 220,000.00. Other works by Atsushi Kaga have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May this year the work A Breakfast in January was auctioned for HKD 2,520,000.00 (€ 302,049.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion NO REGRETS: 20th/21st Century Art Online Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit #family mart #kyoto von Atsushi Kaga zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 214.200,00 (€ 218.740,11) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 120.000,00 – 220.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Atsushi Kaga konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai diesen Jahres die Arbeit A Breakfast in January für HKD 2.520.000,00 (€ 302.049,93) versteigert.
