Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Usacchi with Owls by Atsushi Kaga was auctioned at Bonhams in London in August this year. The price achieved of HKD 6,400.00 (€ 752.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Atsushi Kaga achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Breakfast in January in May this year with an auction result of HKD 2,520,000.00 (€ 302,049.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Usacchi with Owls von Atsushi Kaga kam im August diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 6.400,00 (€ 752,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 5.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Atsushi Kaga erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Breakfast in January im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.520.000,00 (€ 302.049,93).
