It achieved a price of SEK 9,000.00 (€ 868.07), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arvid Fougstedt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Stilleben med fiol" (Still life with violin) in October 2012 with an auction result of SEK 175,000.00 (€ 20,352.29).

Die Arbeit Street scene with Musicians von Arvid Fougstedt kam im Oktober 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 9.000,00 (€ 868,07) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arvid Fougstedt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Stilleben med fiol" (Still life with violin) im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 175.000,00 (€ 20.352,29).
