Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Still Life With Yellow Roses by Arturo Michelena was sold in the Latin American Art auction at Sothebys in New York in November 2007. Here, the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 67,000.00 (€ 45,615.47). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arturo Michelena achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Firma Del Acta de La Independencia in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 688,000.00 (€ 518,814.57).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Still Life With Yellow Roses von Arturo Michelena wurde im November 2007 in der Auktion Latin American Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 67.000,00 (€ 45.615,47) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arturo Michelena erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Firma Del Acta de La Independencia im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 688.000,00 (€ 518.814,57).
