Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Hunter) by Arturo Herrera was auctioned at Christies in New York in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,626.61). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arturo Herrera achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 389,000.00 (€ 299,507.24).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Hunter) von Arturo Herrera kam im Dezember 2021 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.626,61) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arturo Herrera erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 389.000,00 (€ 299.507,24).
