Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Night Before Last by Arturo Herrera was auctioned at Christies in Paris in May 2021. The price achieved of EUR 25,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arturo Herrera achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 389,000.00 (€ 299,507.24).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Night Before Last von Arturo Herrera kam im Mai 2021 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 25.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arturo Herrera erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 389.000,00 (€ 299.507,24).
