Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Girl among blue flowers" by Arthur Percy was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 40,000.00 – 60,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 44,000.00 (€ 4,168.80) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arthur Percy - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Haga grindar", which sold at auction in November 2021 for SEK 115,000.00 (€ 11,217.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Girl among blue flowers" von Arthur Percy kam im November 2019 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 44.000,00 (€ 4.168,80) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Arthur Percy mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Haga grindar" beobachtet, die im November 2021 für SEK 115.000,00 (€ 11.217,77) versteigert wurde.
