Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The artists wife Kerstin in a green landscape by Arthur Percy was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,370.05) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Arthur Percy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Haga grindar" in November 2021 with an auction result of SEK 115,000.00 (€ 11,217.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The artists wife Kerstin in a green landscape von Arthur Percy kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.370,05) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arthur Percy auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Haga grindar" im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 115.000,00 (€ 11.217,77).
