In the American Art auction, the work Summer Afternoon On The Delaware changed hands for USD 7,560.00 (€ 6,451.61) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Arthur Parton have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lake Scene in September 2020 with an auction result of USD 32,760.00 (€ 27,956.99).
