Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 7,637.50 (€ 9,000.12) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arthur Parton - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lake Scene, which sold at auction in September 2020 for USD 32,760.00 (€ 27,956.99).
