In the Coast to Coast | Live OnlineAmerican Art, including The Collection of Gail Feingarten Oppenheimer auction, the work Woods on Slope sold for USD 1,020.00 (€ 962.08) - well above the upper estimate of USD 500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arthur Okamura - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work When the Moon is Black, which sold at auction in February this year for USD 3,570.00 (€ 3,367.29).

In der Auktion Coast to Coast | Live OnlineAmerican Art, including The Collection of Gail Feingarten Oppenheimer wurde die Arbeit Woods on Slope für USD 1.020,00 (€ 962,08) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Arthur Okamura mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit When the Moon is Black beobachtet, die im Februar diesen Jahres für USD 3.570,00 (€ 3.367,29) versteigert wurde.
