Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Apple Blossoms, Landscape with Wildflowers and A Woman in Green Holding Flowers (a group of three) first and second 10 1/2 x 14 in., third 7 x 5 1/2 in. each unframed by Arthur Dominique Rozaire was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in November this year. The price achieved of USD 960.00 (€ 880.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Arthur Dominique Rozaire have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Red Sap Buckets, Canada in April last year with an auction result of USD 8,925.00 (€ 8,470.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Apple Blossoms, Landscape with Wildflowers and A Woman in Green Holding Flowers (a group of three) first and second 10 1/2 x 14 in., third 7 x 5 1/2 in. each unframed von Arthur Dominique Rozaire kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 960,00 (€ 880,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arthur Dominique Rozaire auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Red Sap Buckets, Canada im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 8.925,00 (€ 8.470,15).
