Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2003 a collector was able to acquire the work View Of A Meadow With A Village Church In The Distance by Arthur Anderson Fraser for GBP 188.00 (€ 266.28). This price was achieved in the auction British & Continental Watercolours including Original Book at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 200.00 – 400.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arthur Anderson Fraser - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Backwater On The Ouse, which sold at auction in June 2001 for GBP 376.00 (€ 624.61).

Im Dezember 2003 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit View Of A Meadow With A Village Church In The Distance von Arthur Anderson Fraser für GBP 188,00 (€ 266,28) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion British & Continental Watercolours including Original Book bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 200,00 – 400,00.
