Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Arthur Anderson Fraser could be acquired at Christies in London in March 2002 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British and Continental Watercolours and Drawings auction, the work Bromham Bridge, Bedford changed hands for GBP 117.50 (€ 192.08) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 250.00 – 400.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arthur Anderson Fraser - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Backwater On The Ouse, which sold at auction in June 2001 for GBP 376.00 (€ 624.61).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Arthur Anderson Fraser konnte im März 2002 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion British and Continental Watercolours and Drawings wechselte die Arbeit Bromham Bridge, Bedford für GBP 117,50 (€ 192,08) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 250,00 – 400,00.
