In October 2021 Bonhams in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Igor Stravinsky by Arnold Newman. The price achieved of USD 6,375.00 (€ 5,518.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arnold Newman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Igor Stravinsky, New York City., which sold at auction in December 2021 for EUR 16,250.00.
