Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Art Day Sale, which included the work Houseboats At Moret-Sur-Loing by Arnold Lakhovsky. The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,521.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arnold Lakhovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View of Vasilievsky Island with the Church of the Annunciation in December 2020 with an auction result of GBP 110,880.00 (€ 123,862.84).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2013 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Houseboats At Moret-Sur-Loing von Arnold Lakhovsky zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.521,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arnold Lakhovsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit View of Vasilievsky Island with the Church of the Annunciation im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 110.880,00 (€ 123.862,84).
