In April 2006 Christies in New York held the auction Property fromthe Collection of Ambassador Charles R. Crane, which included the work An Estate In Old Moscow by Apollinari Mikhailovich Vasnetsov. The »bidding war« ended at USD 31,200.00 (€ 24,714.83), 56% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Apollinari Mikhailovich Vasnetsov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Old Veliky Novgorod in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 848,750.00 (€ 963,457.51).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 56 % übertroffen
Im April 2006 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Property fromthe Collection of Ambassador Charles R. Crane durch, in der auch die Arbeit An Estate In Old Moscow von Apollinari Mikhailovich Vasnetsov zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 31.200,00 (€ 24.714,83) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Apollinari Mikhailovich Vasnetsov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Old Veliky Novgorod im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 848.750,00 (€ 963.457,51).
