In the Important Russian Art auction, the work Old Veliky Novgorod sold for GBP 848,750.00 (€ 963,457.51) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 450,000.00. This high result makes Old Veliky Novgorod the most expensive artwork by Apollinari Mikhailovich Vasnetsov that we have observed at auctions so far.
