Sold at the lower estimate price
This work without title by Antonio Bandeira was sold in the Latin American Art auction at Sothebys in New York in May 2010. The result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,084.73) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Bandeira achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ville in March this year with an auction result of USD 856,800.00 (€ 788,079.47).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Antonio Bandeira wurde im Mai 2010 in der Auktion Latin American Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.084,73) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antonio Bandeira erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ville im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 856.800,00 (€ 788.079,47).
