In May 2010 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Venezuelan Landscape by Anton Goering. The result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 16,169.46) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Anton Goering have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Group Of 17 Landscapes Of Venezuela in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 106,250.00 (€ 81,806.28).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2010 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Venezuelan Landscape von Anton Goering zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 16.169,46) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anton Goering auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Group Of 17 Landscapes Of Venezuela im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 106.250,00 (€ 81.806,28).
