Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2011 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Paisaje Del Lago De Maracaibo by Anton Goering. The price achieved of USD 11,875.00 (€ 8,827.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Anton Goering have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Group Of 17 Landscapes Of Venezuela in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 106,250.00 (€ 81,806.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2011 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paisaje Del Lago De Maracaibo von Anton Goering zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 11.875,00 (€ 8.827,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anton Goering auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Group Of 17 Landscapes Of Venezuela im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 106.250,00 (€ 81.806,28).
