Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work "My Twin Daughters with Aunt Elena, Salakas 1978" by Antanas Sutkus for SEK 4,000.00 (€ 375.68). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antanas Sutkus achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work J. P. Sartre In Lithuania in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 7,250.00 (€ 8,462.05).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "My Twin Daughters with Aunt Elena, Salakas 1978" von Antanas Sutkus für SEK 4.000,00 (€ 375,68) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antanas Sutkus erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit J. P. Sartre In Lithuania im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.250,00 (€ 8.462,05).
