In June last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Important Spring Sale, which included the work Fog on the river Thames by Anshelm Schultzberg. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 40,000.00 (€ 3,694.72), 60% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Anshelm Schultzberg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Spring landscape from Graversfors in December 2014 with an auction result of SEK 270,000.00 (€ 28,515.00).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 60 % übertroffen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Important Spring Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fog on the river Thames von Anshelm Schultzberg zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 40.000,00 (€ 3.694,72) und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anshelm Schultzberg auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Spring landscape from Graversfors im Dezember 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 270.000,00 (€ 28.515,00).
