In June last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Important Spring Sale, which included the work Winter day on the ice by Anshelm Schultzberg. The »bidding war« ended at SEK 135,000.00 (€ 12,469.67), 35% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anshelm Schultzberg - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Spring landscape from Graversfors, which sold at auction in December 2014 for SEK 270,000.00 (€ 28,515.00).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 35 % übertroffen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Important Spring Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Winter day on the ice von Anshelm Schultzberg zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von SEK 135.000,00 (€ 12.469,67) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Anshelm Schultzberg mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Spring landscape from Graversfors beobachtet, die im Dezember 2014 für SEK 270.000,00 (€ 28.515,00) versteigert wurde.
