This price was achieved in the auction Post War & Contemporary Art at Bonhams in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Annette Messager have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 9 piques in June 2012 with an auction result of EUR 58,600.00.

Die Arbeit Mes Vœux (oreille, certitude) Deux éléments von Annette Messager war einem Käufer im Dezember diesen Jahres EUR 7.040,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art bei Bonhams in Paris erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Annette Messager auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 9 piques im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 58.600,00.
