Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled from the series Continuous by Anna María Maiolino was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in June 2010. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 35,000.00 – 45,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 37,250.00 (€ 45,299.47) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Anna María Maiolino have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2017 the work Untitled (from the series 'Novos Outros') was auctioned for USD 68,750.00 (€ 57,782.82).

Die Arbeit Untitled from the series Continuous von Anna María Maiolino wurde im Juni 2010 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 35.000,00 – 45.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 37.250,00 (€ 45.299,47) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
