Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Vue sur le Palais de Corfou by Angelos Giallina was auctioned at Bonhams in Paris in November last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,737.50. Admittedly, works by Angelos Giallina have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Greek Corfu in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 22,100.00 (€ 30,945.72).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Vue sur le Palais de Corfou von Angelos Giallina kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.737,50 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Angelos Giallina auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Greek Corfu im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.100,00 (€ 30.945,72).
