Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Pair Of Sfera Table Light by Angelo Mangiarotti was sold in the Boundless: Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in June 2015. It changed hands for a price of HKD 7,500.00 (€ 867.40) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Angelo Mangiarotti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Deux Bols - Circa 1962 in March 2016 with an auction result of EUR 5,850.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A Pair Of Sfera Table Light von Angelo Mangiarotti wurde im Juni 2015 in der Auktion Boundless: Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 7.500,00 (€ 867,40) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 5.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Angelo Mangiarotti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Deux Bols - Circa 1962 im März 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.850,00.
