Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Sin título by Ángel Botello. Here, the upper estimate of USD 22,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 22,680.00 (€ 19,590.57). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ángel Botello achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Niña durmiendo in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 397,000.00 (€ 270,288.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sin título von Ángel Botello zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 22.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 22.680,00 (€ 19.590,57) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ángel Botello erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Niña durmiendo im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 397.000,00 (€ 270.288,67).
