Despite a disappointment, a good price for Andriy Bludov
In September 2009 a collector was able to acquire the work Catchers by Andriy Bludov for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 6,836.98). This price was achieved in the auction NOW: Art of the 21st Century at Phillips in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 7,000.00 – 9,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Catchers is the most expensive artwork by Andriy Bludov that we have observed at auction so far.
