In January 2008 Sothebys in New York held the auction Old Master and 19th Century European Art, which included the work The Judgement Of Paris by Andrea Schiavone. The »bidding war« ended at USD 13,750.00 (€ 9,264.87), 53% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andrea Schiavone achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ecce Homo in January 2020 with an auction result of USD 187,500.00 (€ 169,025.51).

Im Januar 2008 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Old Master and 19th Century European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Judgement Of Paris von Andrea Schiavone zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 9.264,87) und damit 53% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Andrea Schiavone erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ecce Homo im Januar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 187.500,00 (€ 169.025,51).
