Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Crucifixion by Andrea di Bartolo was sold in the Maîtres Anciens - Dessins, Peintures, Sculptures auction at Christies in Paris in May last year. The price achieved of EUR 63,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Andrea di Bartolo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Way to Calvary in June last year with an auction result of USD 630,000.00 (€ 601,776.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Crucifixion von Andrea di Bartolo wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion Maîtres Anciens - Dessins, Peintures, Sculptures bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 63.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Andrea di Bartolo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Way to Calvary im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 630.000,00 (€ 601.776,67).
