Auction result misses estimated price range
In January this year a collector was able to acquire the work Oxenstierna by Anders Leonard Zorn for USD 255.00 (€ 234.85). This price was achieved in the auction Prints & Photographs | Bonhams Skinner at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 400.00 – 600.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anders Leonard Zorn achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Söndagsmorgon" (Sunday morning) in December 2021 with an auction result of SEK 30,000,000.00 (€ 2,926,312.07).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Oxenstierna von Anders Leonard Zorn für USD 255,00 (€ 234,85) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Prints & Photographs | Bonhams Skinner bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 400,00 – 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anders Leonard Zorn erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Söndagsmorgon" (Sunday morning) im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 30.000.000,00 (€ 2.926.312,07).
