The result of SEK 50,000.00 (€ 4,822.63) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Anders Widoff have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work from "Opera" Nr 3 in November 2012 with an auction result of SEK 210,000.00 (€ 24,228.29).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Utan titel (Grammatik): 9" von Anders Widoff wurde im Oktober 2018 in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 50.000,00 (€ 4.822,63) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anders Widoff auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit from "Opera" Nr 3 im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 210.000,00 (€ 24.228,29).
