Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2007 Sothebys in Olympia held the auction 20th Century British & Irish Art, which included the work Yellow Roses by Amy Katherine Browning. The price achieved of GBP 1,680.00 (€ 2,493.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Other works by Amy Katherine Browning have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2002 the work The Glass Bowl was auctioned for GBP 2,115.00 (€ 3,246.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2007 führte Sothebys in Olympia die Auktion 20th Century British & Irish Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Yellow Roses von Amy Katherine Browning zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.680,00 (€ 2.493,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Amy Katherine Browning konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2002 die Arbeit The Glass Bowl für GBP 2.115,00 (€ 3.246,63) versteigert.
