This artwork by Amadou Sanogo achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in December 2019. In the New Now auction, the work Sans Tête sold for GBP 5,250.00 (€ 6,204.89) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Amadou Sanogo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work C'est ce que je voix, which sold at auction in October last year for GBP 13,860.00 (€ 16,146.75).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Amadou Sanogo erzielte im Dezember 2019 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion New Now wurde die Arbeit Sans Tête für GBP 5.250,00 (€ 6.204,89) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Amadou Sanogo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit C'est ce que je voix beobachtet, die im Oktober letzten Jahres für GBP 13.860,00 (€ 16.146,75) versteigert wurde.
