Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sans tête - 2016 by Amadou Sanogo was sold in the Twenty One Contemporary auction at Artcurial in December this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,560.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Amadou Sanogo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work C'est ce que je voix, which sold at auction in October last year for GBP 13,860.00 (€ 16,146.75).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sans tête - 2016 von Amadou Sanogo wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion Twenty One Contemporary bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.560,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Amadou Sanogo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit C'est ce que je voix beobachtet, die im Oktober letzten Jahres für GBP 13.860,00 (€ 16.146,75) versteigert wurde.
