Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flying Squirrel by Aloys Zötl was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in March 2018. The price achieved of EUR 6,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aloys Zötl achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Male And Female Pipas in March 2018 with an auction result of EUR 137,500.00.
