Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work White Flowers #2 by Allison Schulnik was auctioned at Phillips in New York in September 2014. Here, the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 6,875.00 (€ 5,444.25). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Allison Schulnik - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bear, which sold at auction in September 2012 for USD 17,500.00 (€ 13,612.32).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit White Flowers #2 von Allison Schulnik kam im September 2014 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 6.875,00 (€ 5.444,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Allison Schulnik mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bear beobachtet, die im September 2012 für USD 17.500,00 (€ 13.612,32) versteigert wurde.
