Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Farmers) by Ali Imam was sold in the Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art auction at Sothebys in London in October 2016. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 13,925.38). Other works by Ali Imam have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 12,750.00 (€ 14,999.16) in May last year for the work Untitled (Figure on a Horse).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Farmers) von Ali Imam wurde im Oktober 2016 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary South Asian Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 13.925,38) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Ali Imam haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 12.750,00 (€ 14.999,16) im Mai letzten Jahres für die Arbeit Untitled (Figure on a Horse) beobachtet.
