Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Cityscape) by Ali Imam was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2016. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 13,925.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Ali Imam have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May last year the work Untitled (Figure on a Horse) was auctioned for GBP 12,750.00 (€ 14,999.16).
