This artwork by Alfred Bastien achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in April 2005. In the THE COLLECTION OF S.A.R. LA PRINCIPESSA REALE DI SAVOIA auction, the work Fleurs roses sold for GBP 1,200.00 (€ 1,776.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred Bastien achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French Le Maharaja Et Ses Elephants A La Procession Du Festival De Dussehra A Mysore in November 2008 with an auction result of GBP 32,450.00 (€ 39,234.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alfred Bastien erzielte im April 2005 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion THE COLLECTION OF S.A.R. LA PRINCIPESSA REALE DI SAVOIA wurde die Arbeit Fleurs roses für GBP 1.200,00 (€ 1.776,17) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alfred Bastien erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit French Le Maharaja Et Ses Elephants A La Procession Du Festival De Dussehra A Mysore im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.450,00 (€ 39.234,49).
