Auction result misses estimated price range
In July last year a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Alfred Jensen for USD 1,530.00 (€ 1,499.71). This price was achieved in the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art Online at Bonhams in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfred Jensen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Heaven; Per I and II in September 2013 with an auction result of USD 477,750.00 (€ 352,973.77).
