Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,852.78). Admittedly, works by Alfred de Bréanski Jnr. have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Evening, The Slopes of Ben Nevis; And Ben Tigh in March 2006 with an auction result of GBP 11,400.00 (€ 16,334.15).

Die Arbeit Early Morning, The Sound Of Hull von Alfred de Bréanski Jnr. kam im März 2013 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.852,78) einen neuen Besitzer.
