In March 2006 Christies in London held the auction The Scottish Sale, which included the work Evening, The Slopes of Ben Nevis; And Ben Tigh by Alfred de Bréanski Jnr.. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 11,400.00 (€ 16,334.15). With this result, Evening, The Slopes of Ben Nevis; And Ben Tigh is even the most expensive work of art by Alfred de Bréanski Jnr. that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März 2006 führte Christies in London die Auktion The Scottish Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Evening, The Slopes of Ben Nevis; And Ben Tigh von Alfred de Bréanski Jnr. zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 11.400,00 (€ 16.334,15) einen neuen Besitzer.
